Next Gizmo sells apparel including T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. Many items are produced to order by fulfilment partners. Product availability, colours and sizes can change, and screen settings may affect how colours appear.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP unless the website or checkout clearly states otherwise. The total shown at checkout is the amount presented for your order, including any applicable shipping charge. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order does not require us to accept it where there is a genuine pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, stock or fulfilment problem, or another lawful reason we cannot fulfil the order. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate cancellation or refund.
Made-to-order products
Many products are made after an order is placed. Made-to-order does not automatically mean personalised. Where an item is genuinely personalised or made to your specifications, different cancellation rights may apply. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Shipping and delivery
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Standard local delivery normally takes a further 2–5 business days, giving an estimated overall delivery time of 4–12 business days when fulfilled locally. If international fulfilment is required, delivery after dispatch can take 10–30 business days, giving an estimated overall time of 12–37 business days. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier delays, customs, weather and other factors can affect delivery. We currently offer free standard UK shipping. Cancellations, returns and refunds
For eligible UK distance purchases, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Exceptions can apply, including genuinely personalised goods. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
