Next Gizmo products are made to order through our fulfilment partners. The information below explains what to expect after checkout.

Shipping cost

We currently offer free standard UK shipping. The checkout total is the final confirmation of the shipping charge and delivery option for your destination.

Processing and delivery

Because products are made to order, production takes place before dispatch and most orders are shipped within 2–7 business days. Standard local delivery is normally 2–5 business days after dispatch, giving an estimated overall delivery time of 4–12 business days when fulfilled locally. If an order must be fulfilled internationally, delivery after dispatch can take 10–30 business days, giving an estimated overall time of 12–37 business days. Timing can vary by product, fulfilment location, destination, carrier demand and public holidays.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent after dispatch. Tracking can take a short time to begin showing carrier scans.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfilment or shipping has started, an address change may no longer be possible.

Delays or missing orders

If an order is significantly outside its estimated delivery window, email support@nextgizmo9.com with your order number so we can investigate.
