We want returns to be straightforward and transparent.
Change of mind
For eligible UK online purchases, notify us within 14 days after receiving your goods if you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Items should be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
How to start a return
- Email osmanajab@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- Wait for our return instructions before sending anything.
- Keep proof of postage until the return is resolved.
Return shipping
For an eligible change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for the direct return postage cost where permitted by law and communicated before purchase. We do not apply an automatic £12 processing deduction. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, contact us first for appropriate instructions.
Sale and discounted items
Buying an item on sale or with a discount code does not by itself remove statutory cancellation or consumer rights.
Made-to-order and personalised products
Most Next Gizmo products are produced after an order is placed. Made-to-order production alone does not automatically remove cancellation rights. Statutory exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Faulty or damaged goods
Your statutory rights are separate from the change-of-mind policy. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email us promptly with your order number and details.
