We operate online and use print-on-demand fulfilment partners. Many products are made after an order is placed rather than produced as mass inventory. This lets us offer a changing range of designs, colours and sizes while reducing unnecessary stock.
Because products are made to order, production is part of the fulfilment process. Estimated delivery is 4–12 business days when an order is fulfilled locally. Orders requiring international fulfilment may take longer. See our Shipping Policy for current details.

Clear customer information
We aim to make buying straightforward by publishing clear information about shipping, returns and refunds. Eligible UK distance purchases may have cancellation rights, while genuinely personalised items can be treated differently. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain covered by applicable statutory rights.
